Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. The free Audit plan requires no card. Run a full domain scan, get a partial dashboard view and see your findings before deciding to upgrade.
How much do I save on annual billing?
Annual billing saves $45/yr on Essentials (31%), $99/yr on Professional (28%) and $199/yr on Operations (21%) — between two and a half and nearly four months free, depending on the plan.
Can I pay in Naira?
Yes. Payments are processed through Paystack, which charges Nigerian cards in Naira at the prevailing rate. Prices are listed in USD so they stay consistent across all our markets.
What happens when I hit my domain or vendor limit?
You'll be notified when you're close to your plan limit. Upgrade at any time to add more domains or vendors without losing any existing data.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored in an isolated Supabase database. We only scan domains you explicitly add and never store credentials. See our privacy policy for full details.
What is Security Awareness training?
Six short modules — phishing, passwords and MFA, safe browsing, data handling, incident reporting and vendor risk — each ending in a five-question quiz. Essentials unlocks the first three; Professional unlocks all six. Scores are recorded as compliance evidence.
Does Shieldly AI make me NDPA compliant?
No tool can do that on its own — compliance is a business process. What Shieldly does is the part most SMBs never get to: it maps every finding to the specific NDPA/GAID, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and NIS2 control it affects, stores dated evidence against each one, and exports an audit pack on demand. You still make the decisions; you just stop having to reconstruct the paperwork.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, monthly plans have no lock-in — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual plans are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
